TIAN ZHU POINTS
Tian Zhu points will amaze you. They are located in the back of the head, in the middle, between the ears and the beginning of the spine. They are also known as Celestial Pillars. SHAUI GU POINT
Located in the temple area, a bit away from the hairline, the pressure of the fingers on this point helps relive eye fatigue.
HE GU POINT
This point is located on the hand between the thumb and forefinger. Gently press this area in circular motion and you won’t complain of tension in the neck muscles and back pain.
